Ascertainment of the Member of the Youth Parliament who commands the confidence of the majority of the members of the Youth Parliament OATH 6. Oath by the Youth Prime Minister-elect


	ORDERS OF THE DAY for the meeting of the Youth Parliament to be held on Friday, the 26th January 2007 at 3:00 pm 1. Recitation from the Holy Qura’an CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE 2. Mr. Kamran Khan Kakar (YP02-Balochistan01) to invite attention of the Honourable Youth Prime Minister to a matter of urgent public importance regarding the state of poverty and unemployment in the Youth of Balochistan due to which the Youth is falling prey to various ills. RESOLUTIONS 3. Ms. Qurat-ul-Ain Marri (YP56-SINDH09), to move the following resolution: This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should take effective and necessary steps to ensure that all buildings in Pakistan are made accessible to physically-challenged special persons by making the construction of ramps and installation of elevators and escalators a legal requirement. MOTION 4. Mr. Basil Nabi Malik YP50-SINDH03, the Honourable Youth Prime Minister (or the person nominated by him) to move the following motion: “This House may discuss the state of Youth in Pakistan and the Role which the Youth Parliament should play” 5. Discussion on the following motion moved by the Honourable Youth Prime Minister (or the person nominated by him): “This House may discuss the state of Youth in Pakistan and the Role which the Youth Parliament should play”


	ORDERS OF THE DAY for the meeting of the Youth Parliament to be held on Saturday, the 27th January 2007 at 10:00 am 1. Recitation from the Holy Qura’an CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE 2. Ms. Maryam Zaidi, Honourable Leader of the Opposition to invite attention of the Honourable Youth Prime Minister to a matter of urgent public importance regarding the Youth Policy which is lying pending with the cabinet of the Government of Pakistan for the last many years causing grave concern amongst the Youth of Pakistan. The Youth Parliament should address the draft Youth Policy in detail and give its recommendations to the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Pakistan RESOLUTIONS 3. Mr. Hammad Khan Marri (YP53-Sindh06) to move the following resolution: This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should take effective and necessary steps to abolish the current Zakat system of Pakistan and should instead invest this money in the District, Tehsil and Union Council levels to develop the small industries that can be used to create jobs for the youth of Pakistan. 4. Mr. Jawaad Ali Latif (YP27-Punjab09) to move the following resolution: This House is of the opinion that the Government of Pakistan should take effective and necessary steps to ban vulgarity and obscenity in the media; minimise the availability and use of such media and put a ban on all internet cafes offering internet access in private cabins as they are unregulated and unchecked and young individuals are using them for unethical and obscene purposes. MOTION 5. Further discussion on the following motion moved by Mr. Umair Javed (YP46-Punjab28) on 26th January 2007: “This House may discuss the state of Youth in Pakistan and the Role which the Youth Parliament should play”

Making of oath and signing of Roll of Members by those who may not have already done so. OATH 3. Oath by the Ministers-designate. VOTE OF CONFIDENCE IN THE PRIME MINISTER UNDER RULE 19 OF THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND CONDUCT OF BUSINESS IN THE YOUTH PARLIAMENT 2007. To seek vote of confidence in Mr. Basil Nabi Malik, the Honourable Youth Prime Minister of the Youth Government from the house under Rule 19 of the rules of procedure and conduct of business in the Youth Parliament 2007. MOTION 5. Mr./Ms. ---------------------------------------------------, Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights to move that the Parliamentary Committees comprising the members as proposed in Annexure “A” be elected. RESOLUTION 6.
