		“This House is of the opinion that strict measures should be taken by the Government of Pakistan to ensure that no Head of State of Pakistan is allowed to have the authority to quarden of public roads and avenues for the conducting of political rallies and public addresses.”
	7.	Discussion on the following resolution moved by Honourable Minister for Law , Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights, Mr. Syed Ali Raza, YP44-Punjab26:
		“This House severely condemns the illegal bio-metric scanning being carried out at Fortress Stadium in Lahore Cantt.”
	8.	Discussion on the following resolution moved by Honourable Mr. Liaqat Ali Shahwani, YP03-Balochistan02:
		“This House is of the opinion that the military operation in Balochistan should be immediately stopped and the Government should engage in talks with the Baloch leadership in order to reach an agreement for the resolution of conflictual issues.”

	Note: The MYPS will assemble in the lobby of the Hotel by 1740Hrs to depart by Bus for the residence of the British High Commissioner for a reception hosted in their honour. Please note all MYPs are required to use the transport arranged by the secretariat. MYPs may not use their own vehicles to go to the reception. 	Questions and Answers for the meeting of the Youth Parliament to be held on Wednesday, the 5^th of September 2007 at 1200 Hrs Honourable Ms. Qurut-ul-Ain Marri YP56Sindh09 to ask the following question: Question 1: Will the Minister of Youth Affairs, Youth Parliament be pleased to find out from the Ministry of Youth Affairs how many members of the current National Assembly of Pakistan who were less than 30 years of age when they were elected as members of Parliament were men and how many were women? Answer 1: According to the information available from the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Honourable Mr. Safwanullah YP41Punjab23 to ask the following question: Question 2: May the Honourable Youth Minister for Finance, Planning and Economic Affairs kindly inform the House why the trade deficit in Pakistan in March 2007 was US $ 1.08 billion or Pak Rs.66.12 billion? Discussion on the following resolution moved by Ms. Madiha Tallat YP32-Punjab14: "This house is of the opinion that immediate action needs to be taken by the government of Pakistan to eradicate the practice of bonded labor under which millions of people in Pakistan lead lives of slavery and servitude, and strict measures must be taken for the effective enforcement of the Bonded Labor System (Abolition) Act, 1992 and the rehabilitation of all such affected individuals." The MYPs are requested to assemble in the lobby of the Hotel Best Western at 08:15 am sharp to leave for the Meeting with the Chief Justice of Pakistan, Mr. Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry at the Supreme Court of Pakistan. All Buses will depart at 08:30 am sharp for the Supreme Court. MYPs are reminded that no bags, mobiles or any other accessory is allowed. 2. 	Orders of the Day for the meeting of the Youth Parliament to be held on Sunday, the 9th of September 2007 at 1000 Hrs Recitation from the Holy Qura’an Motion Discussion on the following motion moved by Honourable Minister for Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Mr. Ali Raza YP44-PUNJAB26 will begin” “Challenges to Free and Fair Elections in Pakistan” Resolutions Discussion on the following resolution moved by Honourable Mr. Yawar Abbas YP05-FATA01 and Mr Jawdat Bilal YP29-PUNJAB11: “This house is of the opinion that the possession of nuclear weapons by the United States is a great threat to the world peace, as it is feared that these weapons might fall into the hands of the extremists, who would use them to attack the holy cities of the Muslims; the UN and IAEA should make the US roll back on its nuclear program.” Discussion on the following resolution moved by Honourable Syed Ali, YP11-NA01 “This House is of the opinion that the effective enforcement of the Supreme Court Judgment (1999 SCMR 1379) which directed the Federation to take appropriate steps to ensure the right of self-rule and independent judiciary in Northern Areas of Pakistan should be done without delay. After the passage of more than eight years, Northern Areas are still being governed by the Federal Ministry of Kashmir Affairs and Northern Areas and the elected representatives and judiciary in Northern Areas have been made subservient to non-elected officials. This is in stark contravention to fundamental human rights of the inhabitants of Northern Areas. The House demands that Northern Areas be given definite constitutional recognition to safeguard the rights of their inhabitants and in the national interest of Pakistan.” Private Member’s Bill Discussion on the following bill presented by Honourable Ms. Qurat ul Ain Marri YP56-SINDH09: “The AIDS prevention and control bill 2007” The session is prorogued sine die.
